501(c)(3) Public Charity

The FL-GenWeb Project is proud to announce that we have received a favorable determination from the IRS. They have advised us that our organization qualifies as an Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501(c)(3) organization – commonly referred to as a public charity.

This means that the Project now has tax exempt status and that contributions to the FL-GenWeb Project, Inc. may qualify as a deduction under US Tax laws. Please consult your tax advisor or accountant for details.
